For too long we have underestimated the importance of a good DNS service.

Even today, most hosting providers use a DNS system which is located on the same server farm or the same server.
This causes a double problem: If the server crashes, falls not only the website and all mail, but also the resolution of the domain system.

We have changed this policy and we use a dedicated DNS service. A global system that is updated in real time and therefore can redirect e-mail servers running properly which allows also to have a backup site.

Sure, we can have many backup webs ervers and mail servers, but without a good DNS service that updates the data in the world almost immediately, that does not help very much.

The tests we conducted showed that the change the mail server has been achieved in less than 6 minutes.

Our DNS service providers We acquire the DNS service from large industry experts that have their DNS servers distributed in different geographical areas and thereby ensure an update of the data almost immediately.
The suppliers we use include Deutsche Telekom, Global Crossing, Tata, Tinet-Tiscali, Level 3, Telia with servers available in the United States, Hong Kong, London and Germany.
