What about your services?

We offer our partnership to share the experience we have acquired during over 10 years of work on the www.

At a very reasonable price, we will work actively with your organization to achieve all your targets.
We offer our services to complete all procedures and settings required to maintain yourproject / business online.
Starting from the purchase or management of domain, email settings, databases, and any special situation about your site, site optimization, registration in search engines and everything that relates to your website. Need more? Just ask for it.
Here, everything is negotiable.

Do you guarantee that my website will be online 100% of the time?

If we were a traditional hosting business, we’ll tell you “Sure...”

We instead have to say we cannot have that kind of certainty. Our certainties, which are in fact only ours, are:

1. We purchase services that are guaranteed with a visibility of 100%, not 99% or 99.9%, but 100%.
2. We have a backup mail servers in case the primary mail server suddenly decides to move to a better life.
3. We have an advanced dns service control that check every 5 minutes the visibility of your main website which in case of any problem redirects all users to a parallel website on a Linux server.
4. We’ll put our better effort to be a good part of your business / project.
5. We have a particular policy that makes us have fewer customers, but these people are more reliable, do not send SPAM, they have quality web sites and for those reasons we have healthy servers. All this means a better service for you.

The point is that even with all these precautions, we cannot guarantee that your site will be online all the time.
We do not have the power to know when an Internet backbone will be down causing some general problem, or when there will be a DOS attack against one server, or when something unexpected will happens and will cause some downtime of the service.

We wanted to be honest because it is the first step towards a stable relationship.

What we can guarantee is that at the time in which we notice some error (we have setup an automatic control system every 5 minutes) we will act immediately to solve the problem.

That's why our support staff is located in 3 continents and in different time zones.

It is likely that in the worst case your site will be offline for only a couple of hours a year, which is really much better than what you can get elsewhere.

But then, what guarantees do I get?

We guarantee that we are on your side and we want your business.
For us it is not just a customer an invoice which ends meet.
For us, you are a partner to whom we must give our best service to facilitate the achievement of its objectives.
We are with you and work for you. Before and above any bill.

Where are your servers, virtual hosting servers and / or web hosting space?

We are now in the cloud. A cloud of servers that are found everywhere, with all the services distributed worldwide.
This means we don’t have a single server in one place, but we have several servers and services located in different parts of the world. Some are in Italy in Aruba webfarm, others in the U.S. "The Planet" and "Rackshack." Clouds. In India in Directi webfarm, Hong Kong, London and Germany. Some services are located in the Great Cloud of Google.

How many people work for you?

Directly 6, and counting the number of experts dislocated in the world we are over 20. Some in Italy, United States, Peru, Australia and India.

And these people ...who they are...what they do?

They are entrepreneurs, programmers, LAN administrators, web designers, "pseudo-experts" of various things, such as marketing, search engine positioning, vendors, and other things.

What languages ??do you speak?

We can communicate in Spanish, Italian and English.

Finally, what I get for the money I pay?

1. Purchase and / or management of your main domain
2. The ability to configure the server as you prefer: multiple domains, unlimited emails.
3. We do everything if you prefer.
4. Space for your web site on our servers.
5. Backup site in case the main site goes offline. Google Apps set up to 10 domains.
6. Alternatively, an SMTP / POP3 server.
7. Access to the Google Apps platform: Google Calendar and Google Docs.
8. Different databases, MySQL, MSSQL, and, if necessary Sybase.
9. Windows Server 2008 or Linux distributions, chosen among the best available.
10. Backup server for your website and email service.

Ok, it is interesting but why not mention the web site, or the amount of traffic, the bandwidth?

Because there is a guaranteed minimum but not a maximum.
At a minimum, the contract provides the allocation of 3 Gb of space and 30 Gb of traffic.
The interesting concept here is that we really are more interested in your business than in your wallet, so, if you use more resources, and those resources are available in our server Cloud, you don’t need to pay anything for the extra resources used.

All this, inside a reasonable limit, which can certainly be around about 30% of the resources.

But we repeat: this 30% is not a limit, you could have even more. If we have the resources, why not?.

Obviously, if you need more space in a formal way, prices are as follows:

$ 10 per month per Gb of space
$ 5 per month per Gb of traffic

Again about guarantees...

The warranties we offer are three:

1. Money Back Guarantee within 30 days.
2. We will try everything to have you all the time with us and we’ll try very hard to help your business to be properly online.
3. If you do not like the service, you can immediately discontinue your subscription and we’ll refund you the last monthly payment.

You have to purchase or renew a domain name? Email us or send a text message, and we’ll do it.
You must configure an email? Write to us ... and we’ll do it for you....
You have to test a component in your pages? Send us an email... and we’ll do it for you..

Who is your provider for Dns services?

We buy large Dns services from Dnsexperts who have implemented their Dns servers around the world and are able to update the data almost immediately upon request.

The suppliers we use are Deutsche Telekom, Global Crossing, Tata, Tinet Tiscali, Telia, Level3 who have their servers located in the United States, Hong Kong, London and Germany.
