Speedydom reserves the right to suspend customer's account, and their respective domains if the client uses improperly our system resources. In particular we do not accept SPAM.

All prices are guaranteed for the period to which they refer.
The cancellation of service shall be communicated via e-mail at least 7 days prior to a new billing cicle.
The credit card payments are made via the payment interface offered by 2CO and/or Paypal. Speedydom staff or Teko srl never will know the details of your credit card, which you transmitted through an encrypted connection directly to Paypal or 2CO.

Speedydom reserves the right to cancel the account at any time in case there has been a violation of the terms in which case there will be no refund. In any other case the money of the last monthly payment will be refunded up to 7 days after the occurred cancellation.

Setup costs, domain registration and renewal are not refundable due to rules set by ICANN.

Customers are allowed to resell hosting space to their clients, but Speedydom, has the right to suspend any domain whose behavior contradicts the content or use standards.

Expressly prohibit any content that has to do with: Pornographic material (total and partial nudity models do not fall into this category).

Material Hacking, Warez, and pirated software sites which contain links to those sites.
Spam
Material protected by copyright, such as mp3 `s illegally copied.

Speedydom offers several web hosting packages. All packages come with unlimited domains. Users will have access to the Control Panel through which they can verify the use of resources, set up new accounts, domains, resources, etc..

Speedydom provide their service mainly in these and other areas:
Purchase and / or management of domain names
Server Configuration: domains, emails, databases.
Are guaranteed at least 3 Gb of space and 30 Gb of traffic, the client can use more free resources if availables.
Setup of Google Apps for domains or SMTP / POP3 servers.
Assignation and configuration of a backup server for websites and emails.
